Seed has been engaged by the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia (RAA) to assist the organisation in developing a Sustainable RAA strategy.
The project involves working collaboratively with management and employees to develop the Sustainability Compass approach within the organisation. Focusing on Nature (Environment), Economy, Social and Wellbeing aspects of sustainability, Seed is assisting the RAA to implement a sustainability plan and a range of sustainability focused projects. The Sustainability Compass approach was developed internationally by the AtKisson Group (based in Europe), and Seed Director Andy Chambers, an associate of the AtKisson Group, is licensed to use the tools.
Seed’s work will enable the RAA to better articulate its sustainability performance and implement a range of projects that will achieve resource efficiency savings across the organisation. Seed has assisting the RAA to achieve cultural change through using a range of communication and engagement techniques including social media, role playing, business case development and innovative marketing strategies.
